They are seeking a Healthcare Program Manager to lead complex Healthcare IT programs focused on prior authorization automation and improving integration between providers and payers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver programs across scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints
• Lead cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects
• Manage risks, issues, budgets, and program execution
• Drive stakeholder alignment across clinical, IT, and payer teams
• Lead vendor partnerships (such as Humata)
• Drive adoption of new workflows and systems

Skills

• 5–7+ years Healthcare IT Program Management experience
• Revenue Cycle experience required
• Prior Authorization workflow knowledge
• Experience leading large, cross-functional programs
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
• Prior Authorization & Utilization Management workflows
• HL7 FHIR & interoperability frameworks (e.g., Da Vinci guides)
• EDI transactions (e.g., X12 278)
• EHR integrations (Epic, Cerner)
• CMS prior authorization mandates
• HIPAA / PHI compliance
• Bachelor's degree (technical field preferred)
• PMP / PMI certification preferred
