They are seeking a Senior Healthcare IT Program Manager to drive the successful delivery of large-scale initiatives across EHR implementations and system modernization. This role involves overseeing multiple workstreams, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead program strategy, governance, budgeting, and execution across projects
• Manage teams (PMs, leads) and coordinate across vendors and stakeholders
• Oversee risks, timelines, dependencies, and major milestones (e.g., go-live)
• Ensure compliance, reporting, contract delivery, and continuous improvement

Skills

• 10–15+ years in healthcare IT, program management, consulting, or government
• Experience with large-scale, multi-workstream programs and team leadership
• Background with EHR systems (Cerner/Oracle Health, Epic, etc.)
• Federal/state healthcare experience (VA, DoD, CMS, Medicaid, Public Health)
• PMP required/strongly preferred; PgMP a plus
• Experience leading Cerner/Oracle Health EHR programs
• Familiarity with federal contracting and multi-vendor environments
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and healthcare systems
