WeAreAspire is an education-focused company seeking a Head of Marketing to lead their marketing strategy and execution for their online education portfolio. The role involves driving brand awareness, lead generation, and student enrollment growth while managing a high-impact marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the US marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and student enrolment growth
• Own and optimise the entire marketing funnel, from lead generation through to conversion
• Drive demand generation through paid media, social, content, partnerships, events, and digital campaigns
• Lead brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels
• Partner closely with Admissions, Academic, and Leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
• Oversee campaign performance, reporting, analytics, and ROI
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing technology platforms
• Own marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend
• Lead and develop a small, high-performing marketing team

Skills

• 5+ years' experience in a Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, Growth Marketing, Marketing Lead, or Senior Marketing Manager role
• Strong background in Demand Generation
• Strong background in Lead Generation
• Strong background in Growth Marketing
• Strong background in Customer Acquisition
• Strong background in Performance Marketing
• Experience owning marketing strategy and execution within a startup, scale-up, or growth-stage business
• Comfortable working in a lean environment where you'll be both leading and delivering
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, reporting, CRM platforms, and marketing automation
• Proven ability to drive measurable marketing and commercial results
