They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to execute and optimize marketing campaigns across key channels, focusing on performance improvement and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns
• Manage paid media (social, retargeting, etc.)
• Apply segmentation and targeting strategies across campaigns
• Run A/B tests and continuously improve performance
• Support execution of lifecycle and email marketing programs
• Improve email performance (engagement, CTR, conversion)
• Manage social campaigns and content distribution

Skills

• 3–5+ years in growth or performance digital marketing
• Experience with paid media, email marketing, and social media
• Hands-on approach to marketing
• Analytical and curious mindset
• Comfortable figuring things out and moving quickly
• Experience incorporating AI tools into marketing workflows (e.g., content creation, campaign development, or analysis)
• Ability to work in a time zone within 3 hours of EST
