The role involves executing initiatives in influencer marketing, performance marketing, and organic content to enhance customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute client's growth strategy end-to-end across influencer marketing, performance marketing, and organic content
• Take over existing initiatives currently run by the founder and contractors
• Design and launch new growth initiatives. client has not yet tested
• Drive measurable impact on customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Work directly with the founder to shape client's growth narrative as the platform expands from images into video and audio
• Operate as a high-agency, scrappy operator across multiple growth functions simultaneously

Skills

• 2-6 years of marketing or growth experience
• High agency: identifies problems and drives solutions without being told
• Scrappy operator: rolls up their sleeves on execution, not just strategy
• Fast learner: picks up new channels, tools, and initiatives quickly
• End-to-end ownership: comfortable owning a growth initiative from concept through measurement
• Demonstrated measurable impact in past roles
• Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage, founder-led growth function
• Excited about generative AI and client's mission to build the creative suite of the future
• Prior performance marketing agency or in-house experience
• Social media leadership at a consumer or prosumer brand
• Prior to founding marketing or first-marketing-hire experience at a startup that scaled
• Familiarity with generative AI products (image, video, audio generation tools)
• Experience selling to or marketing for B2B (Teams product) and B2C (personal use) audiences simultaneously
• Influencer marketing track record with measurable results
