Responsibilities

• Design and build intelligent systems capable of reasoning, planning, tool use, retrieval, memory management, and multi-step workflow execution
• Develop, train, align, and optimize large language models for enterprise-scale deployment

Skills

• Strong Python engineering experience
• Hands-on experience building production AI systems
• Deep understanding of LLMs and modern AI architectures
• Experience with agentic systems, retrieval architectures, model alignment, post-training, or large-scale AI infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in highly technical environments
