The role of Full Desk Recruiter involves identifying, attracting, and retaining top architectural and design talent while cultivating client relationships and advising on hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top architectural and design talent for permanent roles across multiple project sectors
• Develop and strengthen client partnerships with architecture firms, design studios, developers, and multidisciplinary practices
• Conduct targeted headhunting outreach to passive candidates within Healthcare, S&T, Commercial, Multifamily, Education, Transportation, and Federal project markets
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, candidate presentation, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Advise clients on market trends, compensation benchmarks, licensure requirements, and competitive hiring strategies
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sector‑specific architectural talent
• Drive revenue through successful placements and strategic business development

Skills

• 2+ years of recruiting or headhunting experience, ideally within architecture, engineering, interiors, or technical recruiting
• Proven success in permanent placements and/or 360 recruitment
• Strong understanding of architectural project roles and workflows across multiple building sectors
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches and client priorities simultaneously
• Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
