Communicate with drivers and carriers to confirm pick-up and delivery times, and to resolve any issues. Track shipments in real-time and provide updates to customers and internal teams. Requirements

Proven experience as a Freight Dispatcher, Brokerage Dispatcher, or in a similar logistics role. Strong knowledge of the freight industry, reputed company operations, and logistics. Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) and reputed company software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a remote setting. Familiarity with DOT regulations, HOS, and other compliance requirements.
