The role involves producing 4-6 videos per month for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok, from concept development to final editing.

Responsibilities

• Pitch and develop video concepts aligned with our brand and campaign goals
• Plan shoots, shot lists, locations, scheduling, props, and talent coordination where needed
• Film on-site using your own equipment (camera/ phone, lighting, audio)
• Edit and deliver polished, platform-ready videos on schedule
• Incorporate feedback within agreed revision rounds
• Stay current with trending formats, sounds, and platform changes

Skills

• Proven portfolio of short-form social media videos (brand or commercial work preferred)
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent
• Owns camera/phone gear with basic lighting and audio equipment
• Self-directed and reliable, able to manage the full workflow with minimal hand-holding
• Based in Singapore and able to travel to shoot locations
• Comfortable directing on-camera subjects or talent
• Understanding of social media performance metrics
