A client of Insight Global is looking for a fully remote Fractional CFO for a year-to-year ongoing contract to join their growing team. They are a trusted partner for small and midsize businesses seeking reliable financial management, bookkeeping, payroll, and CFO advisory services. They leverage technology and industry expertise to drive client success and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on accounting background, advanced certifications, and a passion for leveraging technology including AI to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Youll play a key role in financial oversight, advisory, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze client books for accuracy and compliance Prepare and interpret financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts Deliver CFO-level advisory services to diverse clients across industries Oversee and mentor a team of bookkeepers and operations staff Implement best practices in financial management and reporting Utilize Syft Analysis software for advanced financial analytics and reporting Collaborate with clients on financial strategy, performance improvement, and growth planning Embrace and optimize AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and insights Ensure effective use of MS365 (Excel, Teams, Planner, etc.) for collaboration and productivity We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
