Matriosh is a stealth-mode startup seeking a Founder Associate to collaborate directly with the founder on team building, fundraising preparation, and operations. This equity-only role is ideal for someone early in their career who aspires to transition into a co-founder position based on performance and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Help identify, screen, and coordinate with potential co-founders and early team members
• Work closely with the founder on fundraising preparation (pitch decks, investor research, outreach planning)
• Support operations and internal structuring as the company takes shape
• Act as a close execution and strategy partner to the founder
• Bring consistency, follow-through, and ownership in an ambiguous, early-stage environment

Skills
