As a Forward Deployed Process Analyst, you will translate business and operational requirements into solution designs, partner with cross-functional teams, and support the end-to-end delivery of use cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct current-state assessments, including SOP review and process mapping, to support use case design
• Provide operational and technical guidance during implementation, go live, and stabilization phases
• Develop stakeholder communication plans and support client-facing discussions
• Design or contribute to training and change management plans to drive adoption
• Define and maintain KPIs and SLAs for assigned engagements and support steady-state performance tracking
• Identify risks, dependencies, and operational gaps; recommend mitigation strategies

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, healthcare operations, enterprise software, or implementation support
• Strong problem-solving and solution design skills
• Ability to translate operational needs into executable delivery plans
• Stakeholder engagement and cross functional collaboration
• Comfort working with data, metrics, and AI-enabled tools
