• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Management, or a related field. Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM). Minimum of 5 years of experience in fitness instruction, personal training, or fitness program development. Proven ability to design effective and engaging fitness programs for diverse populations.
