Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pinnacle Partners, Inc is seeking a Financial Planning Consultant for a fully remote contract position. The role focuses on building financial reporting processes, integrating systems, and supporting revenue automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine monthly plan-to-actual reporting for cost centers within the Vena planning environment
• Develop a repeatable forecasting process that integrates Vena data with pipeline reporting
• Support the Databricks-to-Vena integration for real-time activity reporting
• Contribute to the monthly reporting package aligned across finance and accounting
• Support NetSuite systems enhancements, including data structure and taxonomy cleanup
• Assist with revenue automation initiatives by transitioning from manual spreadsheet-driven processes to native NetSuite functionality
• Support contract lifecycle tracking, including start and end dates and option period placeholders

Skills

• Senior-level FP&A professional with experience leading FP&A team working with a hands-on approach
• Experience building financial reporting and forecasting processes
• Ability to support system integrations between Databricks and Vena
• Experience with NetSuite systems enhancements and data structure improvements
• Knowledge of revenue automation processes and financial systems
• Experience supporting contract lifecycle tracking within financial systems
