The role involves creating and reviewing finance datasets for AI evaluation, analyzing financial statements, and developing evaluation guidelines for finance-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create and review accounting and finance reasoning datasets for AI evaluation
• Analyze financial statements, bookkeeping records, and accounting scenarios
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, consistency, and financial reasoning
• Develop prompts, rubrics, and evaluation guidelines for finance-related tasks
• Identify accounting errors and improve dataset quality

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or financial consulting
• Experience as a CFO Advisor, Controller, Finance Manager, or Financial Consultant
• Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO) or experience with Omni Chat
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and financial statement analysis
• Experience supporting SMB clients and handling complex accounting queries
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills
