Responsibilities

• Review diverse financial content in image and video formats with precision and rigor
• Develop advanced, domain-specific questions that demand true finance expertise to solve
• Tag each task accurately by category and subcategory to ensure optimal routing to answering experts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other domain experts to uphold content accuracy and relevance
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to inform question creation and content tagging
• Continuously assess and optimize the quality and difficulty level of crafted questions based on expert feedback
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks throughout the annotation process

Skills

• Proven expertise in financial modeling, financial analysis, and forecasting
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and modern financial reporting tools
• Strong grounding in budgeting, accounting principles, and data analysis
• Experience with cost optimization and technology-driven business environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, particularly in crafting detailed, high-level questions
• Demonstrated project and stakeholder management experience in consulting or financial roles
• Direct experience in finance-related annotation, assessment, or question generation
• Background working with regulatory compliance in global finance contexts
• Familiarity with expert-level crowdsourcing or remote expert consulting projects
