Totlani & Partners is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial 1099 Full Desk Recruiter specializing in Accounting & Finance to join their growing recruiting team. The role involves building client relationships, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and sourcing top talent in the accounting and finance sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new client relationships within the Accounting & Finance market
• Prospect and secure new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through candidate placement
• Source, recruit, interview, and evaluate Accounting & Finance professionals for direct-hire opportunities
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews
• Negotiate offer terms with both clients and candidates
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Consistently meet or exceed placement and revenue goals
• Maintain accurate records and activity within the company's ATS and CRM systems
• Stay current on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market conditions within Accounting & Finance

Skills

• 3+ years of full desk recruiting experience, preferably within Accounting & Finance
• Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a full recruiting desk
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools
• Existing book of business and active client relationships
• Established network of Accounting & Finance professionals
• Experience recruiting for positions including: Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Controller, Financial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Manager, Tax Accountant, Audit Professional, CFO, CPA professionals
