What You'll Do

Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling Organize emails and correspondence Assist with data entry and document management Prepare reports and maintain records Coordinate meetings and follow-ups Support administrative and operational projects Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members Perform general executive support duties

What We're Looking For

Must reside in the United States Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently in a remote environment Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools Reliable internet connection and professional work environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

Administrative, customer service, or executive support experience Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Experience working remotely is a plus
