This role involves configuring, optimizing, and supporting Epic Willow Ambulatory pharmacy workflows by collaborating with clinicians, pharmacists, and operational teams.

• Support the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Clinical workflows
• Gather requirements, configure Epic Willow Ambulatory, troubleshoot issues, and support system enhancements

• Active Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification
• 5–10+ years of Epic experience
• Strong focus on Willow Ambulatory / pharmacy workflows
