The Epic Beans Analyst will drive strategic process improvement and manage complex projects to enhance client relationships and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Help healthcare organizations solve their toughest challenges through your ability to drive strategic process improvement, manage complex projects, and solve difficult problems
• Use honesty and candor to consistently provide straight-forward truths and conversations with clients

Skills

• EpicCare Ambulatory and/or Beacon certifications
• 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Beans build experience strongly preferred
• Experience with HOD workflows and therapy plan build
