Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cypress HCM is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to help build the future of 3D across critical workflows. This role involves leading complex technical programs, driving cross-functional collaboration, and establishing program management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product management, operations, and other stakeholder groups
• Establish and manage program timelines while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
• Develop and implement program management best practices to improve efficiency and execution
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels
• Identify bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
• Drive accountability across technical teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
• Partner closely with product and engineering leadership to balance near-term execution with long-term architectural goals
• Lead the creation, alignment, and rollout of new planning, development, and program management processes

Skills

• 6-10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong technical understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and system architectures
• Extensive Agile experience as both a participant and program driver
• Proven ability to deliver complex, high-impact technical programs in fast-paced environments
• Experience creating and implementing new program planning and development processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
• Ability to prioritize effectively and make data-driven decisions with a high level of ownership
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical initiatives to business outcomes
• Ability to foster collaboration across teams with competing priorities
• Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and evolving business needs
• BA/BS degree preferred
