Responsibilities

• Lead significant cases and influence strategy from early on
• Focus on employee rights through advocacy
• Collaborate across litigation and pre-litigation teams

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of litigation experience, ideally in: PAGA, Wage & Hour, Class Action, FEHA
• Strong track record of commitment and performance (avoid job hoppers)
• California Bar admission required
• Experience in arbitration, litigation, and strategic casework preferred
