Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Welcome Wings is a VIP airport concierge service operating across 250+ airports worldwide. They are seeking a Director of Operations to own fulfillment and lead a team of operators, ensuring a seamless experience for clients by managing day-to-day operations and coordinating with local partners.

Responsibilities

• A team of 7 operators in the Philippines. You manage them, train them, and keep them performing
• Day-to-day fulfillment across our airport network: every booking gets matched to the right local partner, confirmed, and delivered, with nothing falling through
• Live escalations. When something goes sideways at a terminal, you get the right partner moving and keep the guest taken care of
• SOPs and quality. You document how things should run, then make sure they actually run that way
• Building structure as we scale. You spot the bottlenecks and fix them before they become problems

• 5 to 8 years of operations experience
• Experience managing and training a team

• Able to work standard US business hours
• Direct background in airport services, concierge, luxury travel, or high-touch hospitality
• Experience with offshore or distributed teams
• Location: North America preferred. Open to US, Canada, and possibly Europe for the right person
