They are currently seeking a Director of Business Development responsible for business capture, strategy, and maintaining existing relationships with Tier 1 and 2 customers, as well as creating new ones.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for business capture, strategy, and maintaining existing relationships with Tier 1 and 2 customers, as well as creating new ones

Skills

• Must have a background with RF products and markets, radar being ideal
• Can also come from MILCOM, SIGINT, EW, and related military applications spaces
• The ideal candidate will have a BSEE or BS in Business with 10+ years of industry experience in business development, strategic sales, or program management with an understanding of DoD contracts and acquisition programs
• Must be a US Citizen
• Can be based anywhere in the US; candidate must be okay with 40+% travel
