Position Overview

We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Consultant – Global Equity Operations to join careerzynith’s Global Equity team. This position focuses on the administration of equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans, including performance share units (PSUs), restricted stock units (RSUs), and stock option grants. The consultant will perform data audits, process transactions, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and generate ad‑hoc reports that ensure compliance and accuracy across our worldwide equity programs.

This is a remote, full‑time role based in the United States (preferred location: Montana) with a competitive hourly rate of $25 per hour. No prior experience in data entry is required; we provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify operational compliance of equity‑based long‑term incentive plans and stock purchase plans.
  • Process the issuance, release, and settlement of PSUs, RSUs, and stock option matching ratio awards with precision and timeliness.
  • Review equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan actions—to ensure accurate recording and reporting.
  • Research, track, and respond to questions from participants, plan administrators, and other stakeholders, providing clear and helpful guidance.
  • Support the delivery of equity‑based LTI award distribution processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities.
  • Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations and strategic decision‑making.
  • Maintain and update equity plan documentation, ensuring all policies are current and accessible.
  • Perform additional equity plan administration tasks as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in stock plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with multiple equity plan instruments, such as stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and stock purchase plans (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly and efficiently.
