Responsibilities

• Profile data to identify primary keys, data quality issues, and relationships
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines on the client's data platform
• Perform data de-duplication, dimensional modeling, and data transformations
• Conduct unit, functional, and performance testing
• Collaborate with Product and QA teams to refine requirements and resolve issues
• Mentor junior team members and support team onboarding
• Take ownership and proactively contribute across projects

Skills

• SQL (Expert): CTEs, complex joins, analytic/window functions
• Data Profiling: Keys, cardinality, data types, precision/scale, data skew
• Python (Intermediate+): ETL and data processing
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Snowflake: Hands-on experience preferred
• Healthcare domain experience (preferably Payer)
• Data Modeling experience
• DBT hands-on experience
• Additional Python and Snowflake expertise
