Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards
• Refresh recurring reports and support monthly reporting processes
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from business partners
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand reporting needs
• Continuously improve reporting processes and data quality

Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in data analytics (internships welcomed!)
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• High integrity and professionalism when working with confidential information
• Experience with Tableau (preferred) or Power BI
