Role Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative

In this fully remote, full‑time position, you will serve as the first point of contact for careerzynith’s valued customers. Your mission is to ensure every interaction—whether by phone, email, or chat—leaves a lasting positive impression. You will provide accurate flight information, assist with reservations, resolve concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless travel experiences.

Location: Anywhere in the United States (remote)

Employment Type: Full‑time, remote

Compensation: $18–$22 per hour, commensurate with experience and performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Deliver precise information about flight schedules, fare options, baggage policies, and ancillary services.
  • Assist customers with booking new itineraries, modifying existing reservations, and processing cancellations.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, turning challenging situations into opportunities for delight.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in careerzynith’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Coordinate with operations, ticketing, and loyalty teams to address complex issues and expedite resolutions.

  • Stay up‑to‑date on careerzynith’s product offerings, promotional campaigns, and industry regulations.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the airline or travel sector.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, courteous, and empathetic tone.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong problem‑solving aptitude and the capacity to think on your feet.
