• Handle back-to-back inbound calls from customers
• Assist with loan applications and documentation
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Follow structured workflows and log all interactions accurately

Skills

• 2+ years inbound call center experience
• 1+ year financial services experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Remote role — eligible states: AL, DE, GA, KY, MD, MI, NC, NE, OH, PA, TN, VA Candidates must maintain a primary work location in one of these states
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Backup connection required (hotspot or alternate workspace)
• Personal laptop for training (equipment provided after)
