Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) is seeking a Customer Service Associate Representative to support the underwriting process. The role involves conducting phone interviews with insurance applicants, verifying application information, and ensuring all underwriting requirements are completed accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone interviews with insurance applicants
• Complete medical questionnaires and verify application information
• Accurately document applicant responses within underwriting systems
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive medical information
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during every interaction
• Meet established quality, productivity, attendance, and call performance metrics
• Communicate effectively with applicants to obtain complete and accurate information
• Utilize multiple systems to document and process underwriting information
• Follow underwriting procedures, call scripts, and company guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the verification process

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
• Ability to work scheduled hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST, based on business needs
• 1+ year of call center or customer service experience
• Prior insurance or underwriting support experience
• Experience communicating using medical terminology
• Knowledge of life or health insurance products
