Job Description

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using computers and familiar with various software applications. Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong self-motivation and time management. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong problem-solving skills and a good understanding of conflict resolution techniques. Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace. Flexibility to adapt to different customer service technologies and methods.

Responsibilities

Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency. Document customer interactions and maintain customer records.
