In this role, you will assist members with healthcare questions, medications, appointments, and benefits, handling 50-70 interactions per day with a focus on empathy and precision.

Skills

  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems at once
