The role requires strong customer service and sales skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families experiencing financial hardship
• Complete a full budget analysis
• Make suggestions to move clients forward to financial success and independence
• Conduct counseling sessions via phone and online via web chat

Skills

• Able to use empathy working with people experiencing emotional distress
• Able to utilize motivational techniques to help clients move forward in the direction that is best for their circumstances
• Ability to work independently in a telework environment
• Technical skills needed to maintain your home office and utilize on-line tools to work efficiently in your role
• Strong backgrounds in customer service and sales in a call center setting
• Financial Services experience
