Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring criteria
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline volume, and conversion rates

Skills

• Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, either agency or in-house
• Strong experience in sourcing across platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search
• Strong experience in managing multiple open roles simultaneously with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Strong experience in ATS tools and recruiting workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
