Responsibilities

• Conduct critical reviews of AI-generated interview content focused on diverse legal topics and scenarios
• Evaluate legal reasoning, argumentation, and accuracy within training materials, recommending improvements
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to elevate the quality and relevance of legal interview questions and answers
• Ensure all materials reflect current laws, regulations, and ethical practices across applicable jurisdictions
• Spot issues, assess risk areas, and identify gaps in legal content, contributing to ongoing compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to continuously enhance AI models legal capabilities

Skills

• Have a minimum of experience in legal practice or legal research
• Demonstrate proven expertise in legal research, analysis, and case law interpretation
• Have demonstrated experience in contract review and drafting legal documents
• Possess strong knowledge of legal frameworks, regulations, and compliance standards
• Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy
