• *Responsibilities
• Conduct initial intake screening and evaluation.
• Meet with clients to discuss treatment options and treatment planning.
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop behavior plans that implement the treatment plan.
• Ensure that all client records are kept accurate and up-to-date.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and issues.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and community supports when needed.
• Offer referrals for additional counseling services when needed.
• *Experience and Qualifications
• Experience in mental health counseling.
• Experience in addiction treatment is preferred but not required.
• Experience in behavioral health counseling is preferred.
• Experience in addiction treatment management is preferred but not required.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, &/or Psychology is required
