They are seeking a Client Success/Account Manager to ensure smooth communication and project delivery while building strong client relationships and managing expectations.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for your assigned clients
• Build strong relationships and become someone clients trust
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and project teams to keep projects on track
• Understand technical discussions well enough to translate them into simple business language for clients
• Draft professional emails, meeting summaries, proposals, and client updates
• Lead client calls, set expectations, and keep everyone aligned
• Handle escalations confidently and work towards practical resolutions
• Manage scope discussions, timelines, and priorities with both clients and internal teams
• Identify risks early and help resolve them before they impact delivery
• Look for opportunities to grow existing accounts through strong client relationships

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Success, or Project Coordination within an IT services or software company
• A good understanding of software development, including web applications, mobile apps, APIs, cloud services, AL/ML and the software development lifecycle
• Excellent written communication and drafting skills
• Strong verbal communication and confidence when speaking with clients
• Experience handling client escalations and managing difficult conversations professionally
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Someone who can explain technical concepts in a way that non-technical clients understand
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts at the same time
• Goa-based preferred
