Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets Research travel options, including accommodations, cruises, tours, and packages Prepare and present customized travel proposals and itineraries Manage travel reservations and ensure accuracy of booking details Provide timely, professional communication and follow-up with clients Stay current on travel trends, destinations, and preferred supplier offerings Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

Strong interest in travel and delivering exceptional customer service Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently Comfortable with using online tools and technology for research and booking Reliable internet connection and basic computer proficiency Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required
