This role involves leading the company's global legal strategy, overseeing legal and regulatory matters, and advising the Board and senior leadership while supporting the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing global legal function
• Advise the CEO, Board, and executive team on legal, regulatory, and strategic matters
• Oversee corporate governance, compliance, litigation, and regulatory affairs
• Support M&A, partnerships, and international expansion initiatives
• Ensure alignment with evolving global insurance regulations and standards

Skills

• Proven experience as a General Counsel within a large, complex, and preferably global organization
• Deep expertise in insurance or financial services strongly preferred
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at Board level
• Track record of leading large, international legal teams
• Commercially minded with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach
