Mavensoft Technologies is seeking an experienced Change Management Communications Consultant to provide strategic communications support for the implementation and launch of a new public-facing online platform. The consultant will collaborate with leadership and project teams to develop and execute communication strategies that enhance public awareness and stakeholder engagement during the transition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans supporting the rollout
• Evaluate and enhance existing communication strategies and outreach efforts
• Advise project leadership on messaging, communication timing, and stakeholder engagement approaches
• Translate complex technical project information into clear, concise, and user-friendly communications
• Create communication materials that prepare customers, partners, Tribal governments, agencies, and other stakeholders for upcoming system changes and implementation milestones
• Support change-management communications and adoption initiatives
• Participate in project meetings and provide recommendations to improve communication effectiveness and stakeholder outreach

Skills

• Proven experience developing and executing strategic communication plans for large-scale initiatives, technology implementations, or public-sector projects
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences
• Experience supporting organizational change management and stakeholder engagement efforts
• Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership, project teams, and diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience creating public-facing communication materials across multiple channels
• Experience supporting enterprise software, digital transformation, or system implementation projects
• Experience working with state or local government agencies
• Familiarity with accessibility requirements and inclusive communication practices
• Experience engaging with Tribal governments, community organizations, and external stakeholders
• Experience working with government agencies, public-sector organizations, Tribal governments, or large stakeholder groups is highly preferred
