IES Infinity Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled CapEx & Real Estate Accounting Consultant to lead critical financial operations within a Fortune 500 environment. This hands-on consulting role will focus on Capital Expenditures and process optimization, providing visibility at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Capital Expenditure accounting across a large, complex portfolio
• Ensure accurate cost capitalization and proper accounting treatment
• Serve as a trusted SME for Controllership leadership
• Identify inefficiencies and redesign financial & operational processes
• Lead or support process optimization and transformation initiatives
• Apply real estate accounting expertise to support business-critical decisions
• Contribute to strategic and cross-functional finance projects

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on CapEx accounting experience (cost booking / capitalization)
• Strong experience in the Real Estate industry
• Background in Controllership roles (in-house or consulting) within large organizations ($500M+)
• Proven ability to redesign and implement financial processes
• Experience in Fortune 500 or large-scale environments
• Big 4 background is a strong plus
