They are seeking a creative and results-driven Campus Marketing Manager to build and lead a national campus rep program, focusing on grassroots marketing campaigns and managing a team of student ambassadors to enhance brand visibility across universities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a nationwide network of brand-aligned student ambassadors, influencers, or micro-creators across college campuses
• Develop and execute grassroots marketing campaigns that boost campus awareness and engagement through events and social media
• Create and arrange delivery of gift boxes, toolkits, creative assets, and campaign briefs to guide reps’ content and activation efforts
• Conduct monthly virtual training and research sessions to align reps with brand goals
• Organize and oversee in-person brand activations and pop-ups at multiple campuses
• Maintain daily communication with reps, monitor performance, and provide ongoing support
• Partner with internal teams (creative, marketing, and social) to align campaigns with overall brand strategy
• Report on campus trends and community feedback to strengthen brand and marketing initiatives
• Track and report on performance metrics including engagement, reach, and program ROI

Skills

• 3-4 years of experience managing college campus-based brand ambassador programs and promotional activations
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Team player who is excited for an opportunity to learn and thrive within a fast-growing company
• Deep understanding of Gen Z and college culture, plus current social and content trends
• Highly organized with strong communication and project management skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to drive both strategy and execution
• Data-driven and comfortable analyzing campaign metrics to optimize performance
