The role involves conducting workshops, creating user stories, executing functional testing, and addressing customer challenges to enhance the software experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate customer alignment to Solumina software functionalities and industry best practices
• Lead Business Blueprinting and User Story Workshop, including the *As Is* and *To Be* processes using iBase-t’s Agile / Solumina Implementation Methodology (SIM)
• Identifies the delta between current and future state processes
• Align standard functionality User Stories to the Customer’s Processes
• Identify and create new User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to support unique customer requirements
• Assist customers with iBase-t software deployment and system set-up
• Develop and execute detailed test cases to validate the deployed solution
• Support customer User Acceptance Testing
• Create complete customer project documentation
• Contribute to the validation of upcoming Product software releases
• Drive Product innovation based on project lessons learned
• Contribute to the company’s continuous improvement initiatives
• Encourages the understanding and use of AI
• Contributes to team’s continuous review of internal processes and procedures

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, business information systems, computing and information technologies, industrial/systems engineering
• 2 - 5 years of industry experience
• Passion for working with customers in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex business requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Well versed in multiple types of AI Engines and their uses
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Knows when to pivot work based on a customer's changing needs
• Effective Leadership and influencing skills to guide stakeholders and build consensus to shared goals
• Growth mindset with industry familiarity in complex manufacturing processes and a desire to keep up with the latest trends
• Self-starter with proficient time management skills and the ability to work remotely or at customer sites
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycle, database concepts, and integration design
• Understanding of the Agile Framework Scrum and Kanban
• Knowledge of process mapping, modeling, and visualization tools & techniques
• Travel 30-40% of work time
• Ability to travel internationally as needed
