[Remote] Business Development Professional

As a Sales Development Professional, you will engage with prospective clients, identify their needs, and drive meaningful business results through tailored solutions and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and expand accounts by identifying new buyers, upselling solutions, and closing new opportunities
  • Engage qualified leads and conduct discovery conversations to uncover needs, challenges, and goals
  • Create and deliver tailored, value-driven presentations that align with client objectives
  • Master Alleyoop’s solutions, industry trends, and best practices to position yourself as a trusted expert
  • Collaborate with managers and directors to strategize, execute outreach plans, and optimize campaigns
  • Manage inbound and outbound prospect interactions, maintaining a strong pipeline and consistently exceeding quotas
  • Identify business needs, handle objections, and deliver persuasive messaging to drive urgency and close deals
  • Accurately update CRM records and maintain detailed, organized client information
  • Represent the Alleyoop brand with professionalism, clarity, and energy across all communication channels
  • Support multiple client campaigns, balancing competing priorities while meeting performance expectations
  • Perform outbound calls daily and take on additional projects as needed

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of Inside Sales experience strongly preferred
