They are seeking a dynamic Business Development Head to lead their sales and business development efforts, focusing on generating leads, closing deals, and creating effective sales strategies while managing a team of junior executives.

Responsibilities

  • Generate Leads through Linkedin and Email Marketing for National, International Market
  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients & Collaborate with companies
  • Manage sales pipeline & Create new pipelines
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
  • Improving the brand search volume and presence in the market

Skills

  • Proven experience of 5+ years in business development or sales, specifically within the digital marketing industry
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, and other digital marketing services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
  • Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in international markets and e-commerce sectors
  • Familiarity with the unique needs and requirements of clients in the marketing and advertising industry
  • A strong network of industry contacts and potential clients
