They are seeking a proactive Business Analyst to support the rollout and evolution of CORE, translating operational needs into actionable user stories and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders across product lines, regions, and functions to understand operational challenges and harmonization opportunities
• Translate business needs into clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework ensuring a clear and concise handoff to the System Analyst to translate to detailed system requirements, functional designs, and configuration specifications
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and business reviews to align priorities and clarify requirements
• Serve as the voice of the business within the CORE program, ensuring solutions deliver operational impact and measurable value
• Partner with product owner and implementation leaders to support deployment, UAT, and adoption activities
• Track, document, and follow through on requirements to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Act as a change champion, helping promote harmonized processes and CORE best practices across the organization

Skills

• 5+ years of business-facing Business Analysis experience, ideally within enterprise platform transformation or operations-heavy environments
• Proven ability to communicate confidently and clearly with executives, managers, and frontline teams
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, and backlog management
• Demonstrated success in challenging assumptions, clarifying needs, and aligning diverse stakeholders
• Excellent follow-through, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed organization
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation or harmonization initiatives
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (or similar Agile delivery tools)
• Knowledge of contract management, scheduling, resourcing, and time/expense platforms is a plus
• Business Analysis or Agile certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, etc.)
