Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable blockchain solutions and decentralized applications (dApps). Write secure, efficient, and well-documented smart contracts using languages like Solidity, Rust, or Go. Collaborate effectively with a globally distributed team of engineers, product managers, and designers via online tools. Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and contribute to technical roadmap planning. Research and implement new blockchain technologies, protocols, and best practices to enhance our offerings. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing blockchain systems and smart contracts. Contribute to the design and architecture of new blockchain products and features. Ensure the security, performance, and integrity of all deployed blockchain solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in software development, with demonstrable experience in blockchain development. Proficiency in one or more smart contract programming languages (e.g., Solidity, Rust, Go). Solid understanding of blockchain concepts, distributed ledger technology, and cryptography. Experience with popular blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Solana). Familiarity with web3 libraries and tools (e.g., Ethers.js, Web3.js). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in using remote collaboration tools. A passion for decentralized technologies and building innovative solutions.
