They are seeking a Bilingual Virtual Recruiter who will be responsible for determining applicant eligibility, scheduling orientations, and maintaining the call center database, while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serves Applicants by determining eligibility & hiring requirements; scheduling of new hire orientations; fulfilling requests
• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information as necessary
• Informs applicants by explaining orientation procedures; providing information; appointment scheduling/confirmations
• Fulfills requests by clarifying desired organization / branch goals
• Recognizing opportunities to up-sell positions; provide brief explanation of current jobs to applicants as requested
• Maintains call center database by logging all applicable information
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Not limited to other office tasks as assigned
