Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative | Mexico

We are currently hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives across Mexico to support growing US-based customer support operations. This is a fully remote position for experienced customer service professionals with strong English communication skills, previous US BPO/call center experience, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced support environments. Compensation $5 USD per hour Paid weekly in arrears Independent Contract Technical Requirements (Essential) To be considered, candidates must meet all technical requirements below: Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported) 16 GB RAM Dual monitors Webcam i5 processor and up Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable) Backup power solution Microsoft Teams / Office 365 Headset Applications that do not meet the minimum technical requirements may not move forward in the process.
