What You'll Do

Connect with individuals who requested information about available benefit programs Learn about each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals Explain available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally Recommend appropriate coverage solutions based on individual circumstances Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards Provide ongoing client support, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and general account assistance when needed Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service Participate in ongoing training, mentorship programs, and professional development sessions Who Thrives in This Role Strong communicators who enjoy helping others make informed decisions Self-motivated professionals comfortable working independently in a remote environment Organized individuals who effectively manage schedules, follow-up activities, and digital workflows Candidates confident using Zoom and other virtual communication tools Service-oriented professionals who value relationship-building and client satisfaction Individuals who are open to coaching, mentorship, and continuous improvement Customer service, sales, healthcare, education, consulting, or other client-facing experience is helpful but not required
